The restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores near Story & King Roads are among the best eateries in Silicon Valley AND they are reasonably priced!

Picnic at the Fest!

Enjoy Emma Prusch Farm Park’s many tree-shaded areas and picnic tables, Many are near the Farm’s barn and the large children’s playground.  Feel free to bring  your own food and non alcoholic beverages into the Park. Pack your own picnic lunches or buy “Grab and Go’s” from nearby eateries (Please read on…).

Please no BBQ-ing, cooking, alcohol, smoking, or glass bottles. Please do enjoy the Park’s ample spaces for your lawn chairs and shade tents.

Tropicana Foods: 1630 Story Road:

This is a large specialty grocery store located at Story just West of King Road in the Tropicana Shopping Center. Their produce and natural foods sections are huge!

Their taqueria offers delicious tacos, burritos, tortas, and quesadillas. Their desert bar features culinary delicacies that are rarely found outside of Mexico:  Churros, Flan, Pastel de tres leches, Raspados, and yogurt con fruitas—to name just a few!

Tropicana Buffet: 1692 Story Road:

A classic Chinese food all-you-can-eat spot offering standards & a large seafood selection.

Pink Elephant Bakeries: 415 S. King Road:

Make May 19th your “cheat day” and visit one of our Valley’s most venerated bakeries. It’s famous for its fresh locally made pan dulces and  pasteries. It also offers sandwiches and other treats (Then head across the street to United Paleteria!)

United Paleteria & Neveria: 410 S. King Road:

Across the street from the Pink Elephant, this establishment offers a variety of freshly made ice creams, frozen fruit bars (Paletas), specialty fresh fruit cups, and Mexican smoothies.

Đông Phương Tofu: 1156 Story Road:

A wide selection of vegetarian & vegan foods and noodle soup dishes

Savory soups and Classic Vietnamese fare. Try their Pork Chops Broken Rice and Onion Beef Vermacilli!
